Lots of things going on

Gage's 14th birthday was January27. Can't believe he is that old. But we did start out the day with the obligatory birthday pancakes. Granted, as you can see by the pictures, it was quite early. Try 5:30am. But he did get up, smile (somewhat) for the camera, and enjoy his pancakes.

A week later we went to Main Event with friends for him to play laser tag and video games. Of course that was so much fun for him and them.

We have also had multiple choir, orchestra, band, and church stuff. Charity made All-Region choir at the beginning of Januarya dn had rehearsals and such a several occassions. The concert was this past Saturday. They sounded amazing! So proud of her. Now on to UIL for orchestra.

Gage had solo and ensembl for his band (tuba of course). He has not told me what he got yet, but I am betting he made a 1. He is just an awesome tuba player.

Angelina is moving right a long with her driving, and in the mean time my sanity is holding on by a thread. Even though she does a good job, it still weara thin on my nerves.

We are making a commitment as a fmaily (well, most of us), to get healthier. I am still working out and working on healthier meal options. Gage is going to get into working out with Mom, and Angelina and Charity are going to get more active as well.

We have pentathalon coming up and then selecting classes for , gasp, high school for Gage. Who, by the way, was accepted into the Colle and Career Magnet at Lakeview. Proud, yes proud.
